We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging has been opened or tampered with. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

- You notify us of your return and provide the tracking number once the package is shipped.
