2. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging has been opened or tampered with. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

3. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • You notify us of your return and provide the tracking number once the package is shipped.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed within 07 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.
